Needs more staff! Went in this morning, young girl in there on her own, Emma, trying desperately to help everyone. Very polite, despite customers moaning at her. No management staff on site, which is poor.

Very good customer service... you have to be patient to sort out what photos from your device. Bluetooth connectivity is slow and none of the equipment uses wires anymore.
It can be really painstakingly frustrating to print out your pictures.
The staff are very helpful.
Some gifts are overpriced for what you get, but your prints are quick to print!

I went o print off 1 photo which was quite urgent at like 3pm and I was told by the lady that worked there that they cannot do it for me and that I have to come in the next day in the morning between a time slot for them to try and do it. I came in the next day and two other members of staff said it takes 2 minutes to print off the photo I want it and I could have done it any time. They printed it for me there and then and the photo was perfect. The product is great but it seems we just got unlucky with the staff there.

I honestly disgusting with there service not myself or any of my family will returning to this photo booth again literally what kinda of service you actually provide I spend 10.99£ for this to be cleared I ask for refund at first they ignore me and ask for re take they don’t even check and all they do is talk talk talk so I went home to check it and omg they did a mistake again photo been blurry and give me no receipt at all

I will follow a complaint online to see what they can do for me as of the store is so useless for there matter and very RUDE as well as that.

I needed passport photos for my three young girls and honestly was dreading it! But the process was really fast and smooth, with great photos and above all served by a very patient person! Just a note on location - as you go into the store, go past the sandwiches and it's just on the left.
