I always use this shop as I'm forever having photos printed. Carla is amazing. She helps with everything from printing to cutting to size for me. Her customer service skills are tremendous 👏 Carla is most definitely an asset. If she is helping another customer, she'll apologise and explain that she won't be long. She's patient and cares about her customers 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A very happy customer

Disappointing visit. Went to get passport photo taken at 12.30 to find shop shut for lunch break. Returned at 2 pm where after 15 min wait while assistant served a customer putting photos in frames I heard the news that cash only being taken. I did not have cash or my debit card to use at bank across road so wasted visit.

Managed to loose a whole roll of photos I was having developed. Never contacted me to update me I had to keep chasing them until eventually they let me know they'd gone missing. Offered me a roll off the shelf as compensation.

Had a mouse mat printed, despite all the problems that the staff encountered with the equipment and other thing in the shop, the girl was very professional and apologetic, the service despite these setbacks was first class and even though it took a while because of these delays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you
