I went in 2 buy 3 photos at 45p a print the lady seemed helpfull and nice, as we waited we had a chat but when my phtos came out she said should i see if its the right size so i thought nice and so she did at the end i thought i was paying £1.35 for the 3 photos but no she FAILED to tell me to see if it was going to fit would cost me £3 for each as they charge for fitting and shaping and this was the 1st time i used this shop but i shall not again i could have shaped them at home and she didnt even cut them out nice what a con

Completely incompetent! Didn't know how to work the camera (couldn't change the battery, turn flash on, fortunately I was there and have a similar SLR.)

Took my month old son for passport photo. They had no idea how to achieve this. I suggested lying him down. Clueless bunch!

Me and my wife been here to take photos for passport. First the setup they have to capture passport photo is terrible. Next they gave us 2 photos (on very cheap quality paper) and charged £15. Usually (any other studio at same/similar price) we get 4 photos. So requested same but they denied and said extra charge for 2 more photos.

Next day I went to the embassy to apply for new passport, I found a onsite photo studio where they charged £10 for 4 photos and the quality of the paper is far better than what we got from Fun-Foto-Factory.

Guys please avoid this place for your own benefit.

Definitely the place to go to for all your photographic needs , brilliant service and value for money . Very helpful staff..

The lady in there was really helpful. Way better service than somewhere like Boots or Tesco's photo services. Only 40p for a 5x5 print. 100% would recommend l. 5 stars, excellent service 👍

The lady that been there a few years is friendly and so helpful, thanks to her I have had some beautiful photos developed.
