What a shambles. Needed to collect an order which was placed in another store. I was under the presumption this could not be an easier transaction....how wrong I was. Firstly was ignored for 10 mins, when a staff member came to serve me the surname was insufficient and I needed order no. Returned 10 mins later with the order no and again was ignored for only 5 mins this time. Now this time I did not need my order no but my surname??? After much scrabbling through various boxes and being asked what the order was for... my reply "uhh photos!" my order was found. Clearly the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing. Some customer service training needed here!

Can’t rate highly enough, I was let down by an online passport photo company and had to get two children’s passport photos quickly. I have a disabled son who struggles to look at the camera etc and the photographer was so accommodating and quick. We sat him down and had lovely photos of him within about 30 seconds and they are really good quality. They are actually good enough for us to use as wallet photos. So pleased and would highly recommend.

Fantastic little shop!! I did my pasport photos in the booth because they were cheaper and tbh they were garbage I looked old and fat. Spent 10 more in the photo shop had the photos checked on the gov website before printing, and a copy sent to my email. Well worth a few quid more.

Not happy. Lady seems to be bored by her job. Not very flexible if the request is not in accordance with preset patterns. And moreover, head on the photo is crooked and the photo is blurred.

Holly and Jackie did an amazing job for a large print with very specific dimensions. Over Christmas and during heavy post delays! What was so great was the amazing customer service and transparency. Well done guys! Highly recommend these guys for lots of printing needs.

Had a great experience here today. I was worried about how hard it would be to get my 4 year old to sit still without doing a silly face for a passport photo. But within minutes the lovely lady, who was so friendly and we had a great chat, had both my boys photographed and ready to go. Can’t thank you highly enough.
