Unbelievably rude staff. I walked in yesterday to collect a pre-order. I was feeling rather excited as my order was my 1st professional pics of my 8 week old Grandson!! Well...my excitement was short lived.
As soon as I was over the threshold a young woman staff member looked at me with total indifference and said: "Do you want s big order?" I said no I've come to collect a pre-order to which she grunted and turned her back to me. " Is that the same as saying "hello, welcome to the shop" I asked the back of her head. "I don't care, I'm closing at 4.30 today" she said. (Advertised hours are 5pm and it was about 4.10pm) "beautiful customer service" I replied. She asked me my name, got me my order, I paid and left.
Needless to say, won't be using this branch again

Max Spielmann in Swadlincote is my go to for photoshoots for my little girl. They are wonderful every time I go in, I had an xmas shoot in Dec ready for xmas presents and I’ve been in today to have another shoot with my four month old in her christening outfit and again it has been a wonderful experience. The Silver £20 package is brilliant! I always buy extra photos and I also bought a beautiful photo album and discounted frame today too! Lisa the manager was amazing and shot some beautiful photos while also being very busy! She didn’t miss a customer and greeted everyone so nicely. She told me that she hasn’t been there long and I couldn’t believe it, she was attentative and so patient, she did four different poses and used lots of props and made the whole experience enjoyable when normally it can be very stressful. Lisa is a credit to the company and I hope she is there again next time we go! I would go every week if my partner would let me! Thank you very much.

Had great service here today for an id photo I required. Lady who was serving and also taking the photos did it all in a professional and friendly manner. Very quick - all done with in 5 minutes. Many Thanks.

We did our first passport application through swadlincote branch.due to system problems the young girl was very helpful and polite.after 3 hours she managed to get our application submitted.nothing was to much trouble and we felt so sorry for the young store assistant trying everything to sort passport.if it wasn't for her patients and support we have walked out of there panicking that we wouldn't get our passport application done ready for our first ever holiday abroad.thank you to the young assistant doing a excellent job

Very good, the bulk buy for photos(off my fiancée's phone) is well worth it!! The young girl in the shop was very helpful, and gave us time despite being really busy.

Brilliant didn't really well bringing my kids out of their shell my boys normally really shy but he had so much fun they were really interactive with him my little girl didn't play ba the first time she wanted to sleep so took her down the next day and got a brilliant snap highly recommend xxxx
