Shocking service, I've just been in there and don't appreciate the staff mimicking my Scottish accent and laughing as I tried to place an order around £500, I'll take my business elsewhere. It's not possible to leave zero stars or I would have. Both of the staff in all honesty seemed poorly trained, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have just had the best customer service from Anna at the Sunbury branch. She is Helpful, knowledgeable, and certainly make sure you will want to use them again.

The website interface was very intuitive and easy to use with clear indicatons and easy adjustment of any cropping needed to fit on various paper sizes. I opted for the 1 hour collection and received an email notification and a personal phone call to say the prints were ready. The lady in the kiosk was very friendly and helpful and most importantly the prints were superb.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this service, excellent quality, ease of use and great service.

Anna is absolutely amazing, I went in to simply get photos but if you get served by Anna you get a whole show, we sang together and even got another lady to join in, if you get served by Anna she really makes your day, it's pure entertainment if you get served by her. Amazing customer service
