Unfortunately we were told they were fully booked for a photo shoot. However, when we visited another store it turned out you can't book a time slot so they clearly didn't want us there. Would rather travel further to the store in Doncaster where the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Ordered 5 photo blocks online. When I collected them the photos were blurry, I checked the photo i uploaded and it was a high quality professional image. Took my items back and complained, sent the same photo to the print machines and it printed fine. Retford store were happy to replace them all for me but there is clearly an issue with the uploading of images on their website..

Excellent photo & passport application service, worth every penny. Friendly staff, Catherine was really lovely & super efficient. It has only taken 3 weeks to receive confirmation my passport is on it’s way .. Time to book a holiday!

Bought a canvas print online to be collected locally as thought it might throw some business their way. Spent £115 Went to collect in April, shop closed early and assistant wouldn’t let us collect. Had to return the next day. Picture was damaged, ordered new one online to swap at the shop. Went in today and same assistant very rudely insisted we had already collected the replacement. After some debate, she phoned the manager who told her where the new one was. Disgusting customer service, will keep it online in future.
