fantastic service had a special photos done for my friend who lost her dog recently amazing people she was so happy too couldn't believe what I had done for her family she was overwhelmed thank you for the staff and the lady who made this happen carnt thank her enough .

Friendly service but staff very keen to hold your phone and connect for you - maybe just me but I hate anyone having hold of my phone if I don't know them.
Efficient service but in all honesty the quality of print was poor. Ended up going to the photo shop in Ulverston where they have professional printers and reprinted the photos.

I waited for half an hour in a queue which is fine as it’s a busy period for the shop, then got my photo printed and was told it would take one hour to print (told this after she clicked print, not before) so I said I would pick the photos up the following day, I collected them and brought them home. The quality of the images was awful! I called this morning to ask what they can do, to be told they are having issues with the printer and cannot guarantee the quality would be any better if I have them reprinted (but I would need to go back to the shop with three kids and wait in the busy queues in a very small shop again) They also said I should of been told about the printer issues before the photos being printed which I wasn’t. Wouldn’t use them again.
