Excellent shop assistant Ellie who helps us print our picture as we had issue with transferring the picture onto the machine, she was very helpful and friendly.
Thank you Ellie

Friendly service but didn't call me when my film photos were developed (as they said they would), and a few of the photos/negatives came back scratched.

Website says open til 6pm. Arrived at 17:20 to find they had closed early. The sign in the shop even says open until 6pm. Asked a Tesco worker when they will be open and she said “in the morning but I don’t know what time”

The gentleman serving there this morning was so helpful and polite. He helped me print some pictures from my phone, he basically did it all for me with the kindest attitude ever. Thank you so much.

Visited here a week ago for a single print which I wanted in 8x10 format. I wanted it super glossy so said I would come back in two days time and collect. The gentleman working was very polite and gave me my order number to quote when I return. I returned two days later and a woman was working, I told her I was collecting an order. She asked me for the name on the order and I said there wasn’t a name I just have the order number. To which she replied “That’s no good, there’s too many order numbers to go through?”. Even though the previous shop assistant said an order number is fine. I explained it’s a single photo, made two days ago and it’s extra glossy. After a bit of back and forth she goes to look in the pile of 4 orders and finds mine at the bottom and hands it to me. She seemed as if she didn’t want to be there and was passive aggressive. The worst thing is the photo was 5x7 completely the wrong size. So it was all a waste of time anyway. I advise for people to go to an actual printing shop, these little kiosks in supermarkets are low quality and rip off.

I Googled to see what time the photo department closed. Christmas Eve hours showed as 4pm. Got there for 3.10pm to be told by a very rude man they were closed. I asked kindly if I could just print one photo, again rudely told ‘absolutely not, do YOU work? Would YOU allow someone to after you closed?’ I answered actually, with a little Christmas spirit I would! To which he laughed in my face and muttered something as I walked away!
A little customer service training needed ASAP.

What a rude little man!

Went to see if my grandparents wedding album could be copied without damaging the album and the only option they had was using a normal scanner like the one I have at home. Went to Cameraland in the centre of Cardiff instead and got fantastic service
