The man who works here is the rudest man I have ever encountered. He was so unhelpful and his attitude is appalling if you ask for assistance to use the photo printer. His arrogance was unbelievable and he was blatantly rude and patronising. I will not return to this shop. I was so taken aback I did not confront him and could not wait to leave the shop. The photos were too dark despite him editing them in a very quick way, because he did not care how they looked.

A young lady served me in Port Talbot store on Wednesday 23rd Feb and not only was she very friendly & pleasant she was super helpful..she went above & behond to help me and also the blocks were buy one get one free so I was able to have another pic done for free..excellent service

Not informed of the use by date for Passport picture codes. Beware this is not flagged, very frustrating, the staff member was very rude when I called to see if the picture can be retrieved. Will not use this company again.

Very friendly staff, small shop, car park nearby in the multistory. Shop situated in town center. Beautiful gifts bought here and get your own photos printed. They also do booked photo shoots for family or children.

Everytime I come to this shop it's not open
Saturday closed its now 10.15 am Monday morning closed anyone know what's going on

Will never go there again to be honest. Went there today Friday 28th January. Staff member that served me was not very helpful at all , everything she did do to help was an effort . At one point l was going to leave the Shop . Don’t understand how she got the job her customer service is dreadful
