Very knowledgeable and helpful, and a great experience coming in to pick up an online order and get a few extra bits and pieces. And they have a lot of exciting camera kit about the place too! They're also one of the few people in the UK that supply ECN2 chemistry in reasonable quantities!

I have been using NT for nearly two years now for film development, because they always turned around amazing results.
I recently got into deving my own colour film and Nikki gave me all the advice I needed and they had the perfect kit of chems, I have to say developing colour film with their stuff is easier than b&w developing was 10 years back!
I now have their c41, b&w and ECN2 kits, all the way they have helped me with advice!
I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough for what they do for the film shooters of the world. Best in the country by far. My only gripe would be that they are exceeding themselves a bit and if you want films turned around quickly they can be a bit slow because they won’t rush a job and more and more people are coming to them for the good results. So they are very busy, but the quality of work is impeccable and they offer so much more than most local labs. As above, I now develop all my own at home with their help and it isn’t hard 👍

I took my film in here to be developed a couple weeks ago and was so happy with the results.
I've taken my film elsewhere previously, when living out of folkestone, and couldn't believe how much better the film came out when developed here.
Really lovely and helpful too. 100% recommend.

After years of trial and error finding a company who supply film reliably without any hitches, I settled on Nik and Trick for all of my film needs.
Truly outstanding service, always keep you informed, customer service enquiries are dealt with on the day you contact them…. There is nowhere else you get that level of reliability. Their dev chemicals are always super fresh and you can trust that they have been stored properly.
They also have extremely competitive prices, often being cheaper than the larger suppliers.
I could not recommend this shop enough!
Please keep doing what you do as you make the film photography space a much more enjoyable one!

The BEST place to purchase film, chemicals and other analogue photography paraphernalia in the UK. Run by lovely people who are always happy to help with any question you may have. Film processing service is also one of the best I have come across, too. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would

Over the past few years I’ve bought chemicals, film and equipment from Nik & Trick and have always been 100% satisfied. I was puzzled, therefore, that a lens I bought online hadn’t arrived as expected. I contacted Nik & Trick. Nikki got straight onto the case, sending me the tracking number, and after visiting my local delivery office the next morning I had the lens (which had become tucked away with “non-deliverables” for return to sender). The correspondence with Nikki was over a weekend. The rapid support from Nik & Trick was top-notch. This is a firm I can use again and again. Oh, and the lens is pretty good too.

Very happy with the results from some expired TMAX 100 and Fomapan 400. The scans on the standard service are crisp and a good resolution, more than enough for web sharing. After some very disappointing results from a high street chain (simple case of being impatient) I'm glad I tried a photo lab and supplier with a good track record, it also confirmed my Minolta SLR was working correctly. Keep up the excellent service all!
