Unfortunately I have to give one star to write a review, which is one more than I should be giving.

A fairly simple order. Three copies of one 30x20 print all sent to the same address. What could possibly go wrong?

I’d heard nothing so I went on the website but the “tracking” button has no effect other than to refresh the page.

No problem, I'll just call and find out what's happening. Called on Tuesday 7th and was told that they were done and had been sent to shipping to go out overnight. Not received by the Friday and this time I called and was assured they had been sent by FedEx. No such luck, they created a shipping label but never actually sent anything.

More excuses then someone else said she'd do it personally, and did. My family got one print, but there were 3 in the order. Next time I called she apologized and said that was her mistake. OK, no problem, we all make mistakes.

But I still need the other two prints. Yet another assurance that it had been shipped, this time with a Royal Mail overnight tracking number but 5 days later still not handed to Royal Mail.

I started a PayPal dispute to get 2/3rds of my money back, which has just been closed in my favor despite Metalpic never responding.

When I finally saw the actual print I was not impressed. It was supposed to be hi key with a white background, but the print they did was mid-gray. But who cares what the quality is like when they won't send you the items you paid for? It really doesn't matter.

Never again.

Summary of Review - No delivery dates given, never call you back. False promises of when it'll be delivered. Absolutely unacceptable lack customer of customer service. Would not recommend them.

My experience with MetalPic mirrors the experience of Andrew, the other 1 star reviewer.

I ordered the 4 30x30cm pictures for my grandmother's 80th. I placed this order on the 20th of August and her birthday was on the 6th of September. Well over 2 weeks which I thought would be enough time to get the images produced and delivered.

Well I couldn't have been more wrong. I had no emails from MetalPic, no order confirmations, nothing. The only thing I had to go by was my order details in my account on the actual website, which presents you with a "Track Order" button, which does absolutely nothing.

After 10 days and no sign of the pictures, I phoned their number to ask for an update on my order and was told they would take my details and phone me back. Well they never did and this would happen multiple times before I was eventually contacted by "Tallis" on the Thursday 1st of September.

Tallis informed me that the 30x30cm pictures were out of stock and would it be okay to put them on 40x40cm instead. I agreed to this and asked when they would be delivered and was told they would be sent that day to come the next day.

Well, shock horror, the pictures never came on Friday or Saturday or Sunday or Monday. Tuesday was my Granny's 80th and there was still no sign, so I had to run out and buy her something else for a present.

I was then told that the pictures would arrive by Wednesday 12PM. This never happened.

It wasn't till Thursday that the pictures arrived, except their was yet another issue. The pictures were split between 2 parcels and only one had arrived. (This is probably FedEx's fault, admittedly.)

Then FINALLY the other set arrived on Friday. Only 3 days after my granny's birthday. To be fair the pictures look okay, my granny really likes them.

Their customer service is almost non existent and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

NO metal print ever shipped, No refund. Stole my money.

The quality is unbelievable. I got a 3x3 of some of my favourite music albums. They helped design and put affects that would make it look the best is possibly could and it's even better in person than I imagined.

The customer service was fantastic and they really made sure that I got the best possible product. Definitely going to use Metalpic again!
