I joined AK Health & Fitness/Folkestone Boot Camps in September 2022, hoping to shift some post-baby weight and to improve my physical and mental health. The early start is perfect for my daily routine, it’s a great way to get active and motivated in the morning before nursery drop-off. I feel firmer and healthier with increased energy to chase my toddler. Plus, I have lost weight without maintaining a strict diet. Would recommend for all fitness levels and there is a real sense of camaraderie and encouragement that comes from being part of Andy King’s team.

I never thought I’d actually look forward to early morning boot camp workouts in the shelter of the Harbour Arm station but 4 weeks in & I haven’t missed any and am loving feeling fitter and firmer 😊
This is all thanks to Andy and his excellent training programme providing workouts, in person & online, motivational emails, daily challenges and diet advice.

I am on my 5th week of boot camp and can’t believe how much I have been enjoying it.

The early morning sessions fit in perfectly with my busy mum and work schedules.

Andy is so supportive throughout the sessions, giving you the confidence and motivation to keep going!

The people in the group are also so very welcoming and friendly and make you feel part of a team.

I’ve been training with Andy for the last 10 weeks. His classes have definitely helped me get my fitness back on track. Through wind, rain and sunshine, I’ve even surprised myself in enjoying 06:15 morning classes. Training on the Leas and the beach is a great way to start your day and it’s been a pleasure to get fitter and stronger with a encouraging and experienced trainer such as Andy 🙌
No hesitations, just get started and book up! 💪

Loved Andy’s bootcamps. Completed the 6 week block & felt motivated & supported from day 1. Would highly recommend his classes even if the early mornings were initially challenging, I always felt great once I’d finished! Andy is informative, supportive & motivational.

Excellent way to get back on track with the Kickstarter 6 week challenge. The early morning exercise really set me up for the day and watching the sunrise is a great lift! Andy is great - professional, motivating and full of nutrition tips and facts. I've certainly thought about how I am eating and training - as well as losing a few pounds over the course :) Definitely recommend!

I joined Andy for a six week bootcamp. I wasn't one for exercise so my aim was to get fit and lose weight. Andy is very supportive and motivates you. He doesn't make you do things that you can't but encourages you to try to push yourself that little bit further. After six weeks I was impressed not only did I lose 14.5 llbs but lost inches off my body and feel fitter than I have done for a very long time. I would certainly recommend Andy and Folkestone Boot Camp.
