- Great workouts that you can take at your pace should you need to. Feel great afterwards even on the low-energy days;
- Steph is a great coach, very easy-going yet attentive to details and your technique. I really appreciate that he encourages you rather than pushes you. There are other coaches on other days which I haven't met but trust they are equally good;
- a great crowd should you have enough breath to chat :) if so, Steph is coming after you ;)))
- and you get your Sunday roast earned!
The sessions and training styles are nicely mixed/thought-out so it's never repetitive and can be done by anyone at any level of fitness/strength - the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and can quickly tailor exercises to suit the individual.
It's always a good laugh and workout.
