Excellent gym with such a friendly and motivating atmosphere! Induction process is really informative and the new 6 weeks trial period is a brilliant idea for new starters.

As a cyclist I was looking to be able to do exercises which work on functional fitness for the core muscles. I had done CrossFit before which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately having hip replacements I needed to find a group that was more toned down and made me feel safe. The coaches at CrossFit 17 are experienced, safe and provide motivational and enjoyable sessions for an older adult. The people who attend are really welcoming and it’s such a good atmosphere.

CF17 is so much more than just a gym. The variety of sessions and exercises has allowed me to improve my ability, strength and fitness in all areas. The coaches and other members are so supportive and encouraging as well as helping adapt each session to your individual level to ensure you get the most out of each session. After being at CF17 for just over a year now i can honestly say that it is the best gym i have ever been a part of.

I joined CrossFit 17 on a 6 week trial and immediately knew I would be signing up after. Being a beginner to CrossFit and joining by myself I was quite anxious to start but I immediately felt at ease as all the coaches and members are super lovely and helpful. The coaches make sure every workout is scaled appropriately for beginners like myself so nothing is intimidating. Despite working out in a group setting it always feels like you’re getting a 1 on 1 PT session as the coaches will keep checking in on you and make sure you’re pushing yourself to get the best out of your workout. I look forward to going as the classes are always different and fun and I always come away from them feeling great. I’ve been going for just over 2 months now and I already feel a lot fitter and the team already feel like friends to me. I couldn’t recommend CrossFit 17 more :)

I joined CrossFit 17 Platinum Crew (motto 'Stronger Together') at age 60, having never committed to any form of exercise. Nearly 5 years later, I try not to miss a class! The coaches are encouraging whilst challenging members to work hard to reach their potential. It's tough, fun and never boring!

I couldn’t speak more highly of CrossFit17, this will be my 5th year at the gym and continue to love being a member of its community.
There is constant support and motivation from the coaches and always a friendly face to greet you.
CrossFit17 has become my little escape from busy mum life and helped me to not only improve my physical fitness but my confidence and self esteem too.

Training became exciting and fun! Incredible and professional coaches and such a friendly and welcoming team who are there to support you on whatever fitness journey you are on. Would definitely recommend and Jules is amazing and keeps you motivated every step of the way 💪🏼

As someone who in the past didn't do gyms i wasn't sure of wanted to give it another go. Too many people walking around posing, you have to think about what your doing or follow some made up programe off the internet. Well not this place - no mirrors, no body stood around posing, and no need to make it up as you go along. Everyone does the same workout with expert advice from the coaches as to how to make it the best version for you - its 1-2-1 PT. It's the most unbelievably friendly bunch of people looking to get fit, have fun and if you really get the bug start competing in competitions. The structured 1 hour sessions really work for me as well as it means i can build it into my daily routine and not have excuses for not walking out the door. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
