Roz Thomas Tiverton Physiotherapy

I've been to see Roz a number of times and she is absolutely great, she really knows her stuff and is incredibly reasonable. Unlike some private physios she never pushes you to make unnecessary follow up appointments but instead encourages you to book again if you feel you need to. She always follows up with a text to see how I'm getting on though. Roz has helped me recover from a variety of injuries and I would highly recommend her if you need a physio in Tiverton.

I had help from Roz when i thought I had shin splints from running - she quickly found I had tight calf muscles and was great at sorting me out! She is highly professional, thorough, listens and asks questions - she genuinely wants to see patients improve. Thank you Roz!

I have been visiting Roz once a week for the last 3 months since I have moved to Devon, Over the last 20 years I have been attending various physiotherapists once a week sometimes twice a week.
I know my back will never get better and its about maintenance rather than cure.
Roz has improved my quality of life no end , the pain has reduced considerably , my mobility has improved also.
She also contacted my GP off her own back with a view to see if anything could be done medically for me.
I would recommend her to anyone .

Roz has been a real help to me with recent back and shoulder issues. She has always patiently listened to the problem, before providing diagnosis demonstration and where required manipulation, all of which have resolved the issue. My wife and I both have every confidence in Roz and her qualified opinion, knowledge and experience. in addition, she is actually a very nice person, easy to talk to and a good listener. I went to see Roz after months of back and knee pain, in just one visit her stretches, massage and techniques helped to relieve my symptoms hugely. She also gave me exercises and advice to be able to help myself and to strengthen my specific problem. Nothing is too much trouble as she listens to your concerns. I have had two visits and a phone message a week later to see how i was doing. Genuinely caring and very professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Roz is really excellent. She is a superb physio and has great communication skills so I always leave the surgery knowing what’s wrong and what I need to do about it. She gives clear written instructions and diagrams to back that up. Roz goes above and beyond; I texted her once in the evening, later than I should have, because I’d hurt my back and was beside myself with pain and didn’t know what to do. She rang me back and took the time to help me through a painful back crisis. Roz understands that patients have fitness aims and goals whatever their age and knows that you want to know what you CAN do, not just what to avoid for a bit. I can’t recommend her enough.

I've been to Roz a couple of times over the last couple of years. She is brilliant. Clearly she knows her stuff and gives no nonsense advice about what to do. Having confidence in someone like Roz is an enormous help when you have that niggle in your knee before a big event or an ongoing complaint. No unnecessary limitations but instead a realistic and informed outlook of how to move forward.

Roz really knows her stuff and knows how the systems work - as the result of her help & very good advice I am now on the waiting list for a much needed total hip replacement & seeing her has been a life- line for me although she was not able to actually manipulate my hip as it is so badly compromised .
