Dalton's care was impeccable, his attention to my aims with fitness and combat sports was what put him above the care of any physiotherapist I have seen on the NHS. He's the first person to diagnose my shoulder correctly considering the symptoms.

Working with Dalton has been the best service I have received from a physio/physical therapist, and I have worked with quite a few over the years of training. It was clear from the beginning that Dalton’s goal is to help his clients get back to training as soon, but as safely as possible. He took into account my training and competition goals, and assured me that my injury will recover and that I will eventually be able to return to almost full-time training. After the initial consultation I was sent a very thorough follow-up email, outlining the details of my injury, a timeframe for returning to training with a week-by-week breakdown of the process and an explanation of how the exercises would help me recover. The things that really set Dalton apart from other physios is the personalisation of the programme, and the constant communication. I was encouraged to keep in touch with any questions or concerns that I had regarding my injury, and always received a prompt and detailed reply. Excellent, friendly service from a very knowledgeable physio. Probably the best physio you could go to as a BJJ, Wrestling or Grappling competitor or hobbyist.

For someone who really enjoys an active life, I've had numerous pains and issues that are present in my day to day life, not just the activities I enjoy (bouldering, bjj, aikido, cycling, skateboarding, inline skating.....)

So far I've had two sessions with Dalton to work on these ingrained issues.

He's pointed out which areas to work on, how to do so and just as importantly, why to work on them.

The homework I'm given works well with my daily routine and there are noticeable improvements since the first session.

Dalton @ GP is a friendly and professional practicioner and I haven't hesitated in recommending him to friends and colleagues.
He's even helped by answering questions over email between sessions.

He also keeps keep me accountable, as my self motivation is historically quite poor.
At the age of 35 I'm finally learning how to properly and safely use my body, as well as how to repair and correct it.

I came across GP when looking for MobilityWOD / TheReadyState certified practicioners in London and was lucky to find one so close to work.

Big thanks to Grappler's Performance for all the work so far.

Dalton is extremely generous with his time, enthusiastic in his assessment, treatment, and in teaching you how to treat yourself. He is knowledgeable and engaging. I have had a particular injury for over 2 years, had MRIs, seen specialist Drs, physios, osteos, chiros - all without success until Dalton. He figured it out immediately and gave me actionable instructions. Money and time well invested, he is a great guy to top it off. Would recommend!!

I’ve been struggling with a knee injury for a couple of years now, and kore recently a wrist injury. All caused during martial arts training (jiujitsu), I’ve seen a number of physios both through private and NHS, with no real joy. I reached out to Dalton who I trained with for a while when he was in the UK. He scheduled a virtual appointment convenient to me, we spent the best part of 90mins going over my history, causes, range of motion checks and then he took me through specific exercises and movements. Explaining each aspect of the treatment in detail as we went along. I’m on day 2 now and honestly it’s made a world of difference, he has sent everything we went theough documented with videos for reference. I wish I contacted Dalton much much earlier!! Thank you so much for keeping on the mats and training whilst helping me recover.

Dalton saved the day!
For the first time ever, knee pain was keeping me from doing my normal physical activities and really hindering my day-today comfort and mobility. I reached out and already with his free resources was able to identify what type of knee injury I was dealing with. Within the day Dalton reached out to me directly, to see if he could help me with personalized exercises.
I did the recommended exercises for 4-5 days in a row and already by day 2 felt an incredible improvement. Now, less than 2 weeks later I barely feel any pain and am now working on strengthening the correct muscles to keep the pain from returning.
Thank you for your help!

This guy is the king of Physio! Who would have thought that you could get the best treatment online? I had a bad shoulder, and lots of people had a go at improving it. But its only Dalton who took me from about 35% usage to 95%, in about 2 months. Really incredible. I am very thankful. He is very precise in his ability to diagnose what the problem is, and very precise in the exercises he prescribes.
