Central Physio

I thought I would share my less than average experience with this company: I made an appointment for a sports massage for 16:00 on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived I was told that Helen was running late and she would be there shortly. After over 20 minutes of waiting the receptionist informed me that she couldn't get hold of Helen and it was best if I just went home.

The receptionist was very apologetic and she had tried a number of times to get hold of Helen, however as a customer, that does nothing for me. I made this appointment for back pain that I know a good massage helps drastically. It is now too late to book another appointment at a place where I could go to actually be seen.

I am self employed in the IT industry and I took out 2 hours to be able to make this appointment. Not to mention sitting in rush hour traffic both ways for an hour combined and then the petrol costs.

Upon leaving I was told that if I was to book another appointment I'd be entitled to "some discount". Well from a business that charges the full amount if a client doesn't show, it seems very poor to not keep to the same standards when the shoe is on the other foot.

So in closing: I turned up for an appointment, waited over 20 minutes, was told to go home and received absolutely no offer of recompense for money lost and time wasted.

I can't recommend Central enough. I was seen by Kevin who is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his work and provided me with excellent advice. I'm incredibly grateful for the very high standard of treatment I received.

Thank goodness for Carol and Kevin. I was nearly in tears because of back pain on my way to my appointment. I've left feeling like a different person. Great treatment and attitude by everyone I've spoken with.

Don't book online! Booked an appointment for Saturday morning and got email confirmation, but when I got there it was closed.

After being contacted and rearranging my appointment, I am now pleased to change my rating to 5 stars. Kevin explained the probable cause of my pain and loosened me up.

Been coming here for years and love it. Have seen loads of staff as turn over can be quite high. Are happy to work on whatever you want them to. I see an Osteo and a Physio regularly.

A fabulous experience with the my Physio Gokul Krishnan. He helped identify and alleviate the immediate and acute pain I was in. He gave me long term stretching and exercises to carry out daily which have improved my day to day life immeasurably. Highly recommend

Helped me with my neck and shoulders very professionally people who gave me a great exercises to do at home if the problems returned I will see them again 🙂

Both myself and my wife have been looked after by Kevin over the last few years and our experience has always been fantastic. Kevin is extremely profesional and knowledgeable and has managed to help us get better. Highly recommended!
