Since looking to pursue a career in Physiotherapy, I was given the opportunity by Kim to do some work experience with Alistair. From the start he has made my experience very intellectually stimulating and was open to any questions I had. I was able to observe a wide range of people and different conditions and it was great to see how Alistair approaches each case differently. He is very amicable, however very professional at the same time.

Alistair is very passionate about what he does and what I will take away from my work experience is the fact that Alistair encourages his clients to understand the reasoning behind their condition. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the mechanisms for each condition to his clients. It was great to see how many people understood more about their conditions after visiting Alistair and the primary reasons behind their treatment and recovery plans.

It has been a fantastic experience shadowing Alistair as I have come away with great knowledge and experiences that will benefit my future career in Physiotherapy. He has a very hands on approach which I think was both beneficial to my learning and the progress for each person.

I highly recommend any aspiring physio or any person with a problem to get in contact with Alistair as he really knows his stuff; you won't be disappointed!!

Alistair was recommended to me by a relative. He has lived up to and exceeded that recommendation. Alistair treated me for sciatica which was incredibly painful. He gave me a set of exercises to do which proved extremely beneficial to my recovery. Alistair holds very high professional standards. He always made me feel at ease. Alistair explained everything he was doing and why, he explained why given exercises were beneficial to my recovery. Finally, as a woman, I would like to say I felt very comfortable with his personal and clinical manner. I would most certainly recommend Alistair and will not hesitate to contact him again should the need arise.

After being discharged by my NHS physio following a motorbike accident, I felt I really hadn't improved very much and went to see Alistair on the recommendation of my wife. Alistair understood my frustrations and has helped immensely over recent months; I have much more mobility in my shoulder and am now able to work full-time again pain-free. Alistair's guidance and 'hands on' approach has been invaluable in getting me fit again and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Just had my first appointment with Alistair regarding shoulder pain. What a professional and friendly service. Not only do I immediately feel better but Alistair also gave me some really useful advice and measures to take moving forward. I am so pleased with the treatment that Alistair has provided over the course of the past 6 weeks. I visited Alistair with back pain that had been bothering me for the past 6 months. In the first session Alistair was able to diagnose the issue during an informal Q & A and our first treatment. Alistair gave me basic, non-time consuming stretches that I have done in conjunction with the subsequent 3 x treatments. I am now pain free and so grateful that I used the services of Nottingham Physiotherapy Services.

Alistair operates in a safe, clean environment and immediately put me at ease. I will undoubtedly return to use his services if the need arises again.

Another trip to see Alistair to sort out a few long-standing, niggling issues, including a frozen shoulder and tennis elbow. Alistair diagnosed and explained each of the problems and provided re-assurance that all of them could be sorted. Treatment made a noticeable difference straight away and he provided me with a long list of exercises to take away, so down to me to build on his good work!

Alistair has helped me with a number of injuries over the past few years. He's also been excellent - professional, yet personable and friendly. He also isn't like NHS physios who won't get their hands dirty and prescribe a long list of exercises that they know you'll never do - Alistair is able to give pragmatic suggestions and isn't afraid to get involved with his thumbs where necessary!

Professional and excellent treatment. I completely recommend Alistair as physiotherapist. Today was my first session and the treatment and advise given was excellent. I have been doing sport for the last 20 years and I have seen different physiotherapist through my life, honestly I can recommend him as one of the best ones so far.
