Really couldn't approve this place any higher. Really good facilities and physio's. Claire especially, the big difference is she cares about you getting better. There is a rehab gym that can be used out of sessions to improve the condition. The reception staff are also brilliant. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Had physiotherapist pre &post new knee op. Found everyone very helpful and professional. Post op treatment helped tremendously with my recovery, the hands on treatment and advice received was very knowledgeable and being able to use the Compex and Gameready equipment certainly helped on my road to recovery.

My Goodness, what a difference being seen by Claire at the Loughborough Uni Physio Clinic has made to the speed of my recovery post a leg injury. While the NHS teams are great, they simply do not have the resources to give a non-life threatening injury like mine the focus required for a speedy, full recovery. Having Claire’s professional rehab advice to compliment NHS team advice has been truly invaluable.

Claire listened carefully to an explanation of the problem, then examined my leg. From there, a series of exercises were introduced that started to build foundation strength and flexibility in my leg. Once established, more challenging exercises were added as my body (and mind!) were ready to take them on. The daily exercises were hard work, but well worth persevering with as several life enhancing activities (eg Driving, walking properly etc ) that I could not do are now back within my power -yippeeee.

Clear, pro-active communication and administration were also invaluable. External reports were communicated to relevant people at the right time, and appointment alterations were managed seamlessly and with courtesy. Easy to take this for granted when done well, but having seen many poor examples over the years, lovely to experience - thank you Rachel :-)

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that without Claire’s professional insights, expertise and support, I would still be sitting in a chair much of the day - getting less fit, more unhealthy and going absolutely crazy. As someone in my 50’s, I completely took for granted that my legs would always work - Wrong! Getting my leg working again is truly worth its weight in gold….I will not take it for granted again.

Have had a really good experience at this physio in my journey recovering from an ACL reconstruction. Claire has been very professional, encouraging and supportive throughout my rehab and It has been very helpful being able to have full access to the game ready and compex.

Excellent team. All staff are friendly and welcoming. The facilities are brilliant. Claire is fantastic, she has got to know me and my job etc so she can plan and incorporate a plan that suits me perfectly.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality support during rehab or injury.
