Horrific experience. Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated but the receptionist and the customer service I received following the purchase of a Wowcher. I spoke to two different members of staff they were both incredibly rude, patronising, had no grasp of phone manners. When I asked questions about the treatment they had no clue and when I asked to talk to the manager they wouldn’t put me through and told me to keep calling back. They even cancelled my booking without informing me, I can only assume because I asked too many questions. In the end I called cancelled it and used my Wowcher towards a more polite, helpful and qualified practice. Don’t waste your time here.

Raj is excellent. I am very particular about who I let work on my back etc. I went to Raj at the Kentish Town WellnessCentre after a friend highly recommend him. I was not disappointed! He was very methodical and have thoughtful care. He really helped me align my body , and then gave me exercises to continue at home. I would highly recommend.

Well run and efficient physiotherapy clinic. Clean and friendly and the physiotherapists are very knowledgeable and excellent. The clinic I attend is the Wellbeing Centre at 36 Crouch Hill London N4 4AU.

Friendly staff and well organised

Just had my first appointment here. Very friendly staff; I felt at comfort very quickly. The physiotherapist seemed knowledgeable and friendly. So far I've had a great experience. I'd recommend this place.
