I have just finished about 6 weeks of treatment after a car accident I had in December and I can honestly say that Lauren and Claire have been life savers. I had been in pain and had the inability to move my neck for well over a month and Apex was pretty much the last resort after being back and forth to the doctors/hospital. They managed to get me back on my feet and moving after 3 weeks which allowed me to get back to work. They continually monitored and supported me through my recovery and I couldn’t thank them more. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs any help!

Just completed 8 weeks of treatment by Jorgo for leg cramps. Got to the root of the problem quickly and carried out deep massage and manipulation. Stretched the muscles which although was uncomfortable to begin with, helped me to relieve the cramps and muscle spasms. Took a holistic approach and recommended exercises that were easy to do, Also recommended mineral supplements that worked well. Gave me lots of useful tips to condition and strengthen area and cured the problem for me. Best Physio I have used.
