I was recommended Bridge Health and Wellbeing from my neighbour who had been treated for back problems.I would highly recommend Paul who treated my hip problem and I am now out of pain and can go back to my sports. The treatment I received was professional and informative and I felt comfortable and assured. Everyone was so friendly and I cannot rate the practice highly enough. Congratulations Bridge Health and Well-being for your recent award 🥳

Paul and his team were brilliant throughout my treatment (bad back). Paul is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The centre is excellent and equipment 1st class. Having things like being able to give me rubber bands for resistance exercises to use between and after treatments is a great benefit.

I first saw Paul for help with a long standing hamstring injury that I just could not shake off. He was very thorough in his examination and quickly diagnosed the problem and prescribed a number of exercises that he demonstrated in the brilliant on-site gym. The injury improved almost immediately and Paul had me work on a new set of exercises after each follow-up visit. It was great to go away each time with a clear plan on what to work on. I was soon pain-free and able to ramp up my training and thanks to Paul's exercises (which I still keep up), I have been injury-free ever since. I can wholeheartedly recommend Paul - he is very knowledgeable, professional and I loved exercising in the on-site state-of-the-art gym!

Highly recommend Bridge Health and Well Being. It's a lovely friendly business and has excellent facilities. Paul is an excellent physio, very experienced and honest in his assessments. He fixed my very painful shoulder with good advice and exercises all along the way. Super friendly and helpful Julie on reception making you feel very welcome. Will be back to try the classes!

Aaron helped me with knee pain which was affecting my day to day life, in fact I struggled just to go up and down stairs. I’d had a number of physiotherapy appointments elsewhere but they only gave me short term relief. From my first appointment with Aaron my symptoms improved and after two sessions they’ve improved 99%. I will be back for another as he is helping me to build strength in order to completely eradicate the problem and I’m interested in building strength. I loved Aaron’s approach which was holistic and collaborative. I would recommend him 100%.

I am a runner and had been suffering a knee injury for about a year was teed up for a surgical operation in March this year. I went to see Paul who managed the physio & recommended exercises for the knee & also membership of the strength training at BH&W . My knee gradually fully recovered thanks to the expertise and recommendations of Paul & team and I was able to run a half marathon on Sunday ! Thank you Bridge Health & Wellbeing !

I was referred by a third party to Paul at Bridge Health for physiotherapy assessment and treatment for pain in my hip and glute. I had not been to Bridge Health before, so did not know what to expect, but I need not have worried.
Paul is welcoming and friendly, and was thorough in finding out where the pain was and also about my personal history which involved an old injury / surgery that was relevant. He set me very specific exercises to address the weakness that he felt was the root cause of the pain, and checked at each appointment whether they were being effective. I felt that he really listened to me and my concerns, but didn't let me off the hook of exercises that were hard to do!
My pain is now gone, and I am very happy with the treatment I received. I will definitely go back to Paul with any future physiotherapy needs.

In a lot of pain and carrying my shoulder awkwardly I was put into the physio hands of Steve Hard who has worked on my shoulder for about 8 weeks. Today I was discharged and am in debt to Steve for his expertise and knowledge of his physiotherapy .
Also like to thank Julie B for her chats and warm welcome I was made at ease . Great place and highly recommend to anyone. Thank u again all the team at Bridge Health
