As a professional sportswoman I have suffered back pain and neck issues for numerous years and have thus experimented with osteopaths acupuncturists and various different physiotherapists. No one has has managed to settle my problem for any length of time until I met Ross. Ross is the best physio I have ever encountered and his clinic with the unique traction equipment has meant I am able to stabilise my condition and still have an active lifestyle. I would recommend this clinic and its staff without reservation.

Le Bas Clinic in Stevenage is the only place I would consider when requiring any form of physiotherapy treatment. Ross LeBas and his team are outstanding at diagnosing the problem and getting to the source of the right treatment. I have been visiting this clinic for lower back, knee and hip problems for over 13 years and at every visit I have been given an outstanding level of service and treatment by their specialist team of clinicians. Ross has always treated me with courtesy and with care, he has given the right treatment for the problem and restored my pain and lack of mobility to full strength. This firm is highly recommended to anyone with back problems, sports injuries or in need of any other form of skeletal treatment. I never have to wait for an appointment, there is always someone to answer the phone immediately and almost always offers a same-day appointment. Superb all-round service.

I have been a patient of Le Bas Clinic for many years receiving treatment from Dr Ross for various conditions/injuries relating to knee and back. More recently he has helped me recover from an extremely painful episode of sciatica resulting from a slipped disc. He has always been extremely knowledgeable about any condition I presented with, and has tailored the treatment appropriately and successfully where other places have previously mis-diagnosed. You also receive exercises specific to your condition which aid recovery. I do not go anywhere else for treatment. Clinic staff are all professional and friendly. Recommend 100%!

First visit to the Hemel Old Town clinic and it was great. The team helped me understand deep rooted problems in my back from childbirth, from that I was given exercises at home to do. Would highly recommend, especially if you have had children and suffer with your back.

Not bad only things I don't like is that an hour appointment only actually lasts 20-30 mins usually and they only open till midday. The physio is good and apears to know what he's doing tho

Have been coming here on and off for decades now. The place may need a lick of paint, but don't let that put you off – they get the job done, even in mid-pandemic.

I was suffering with back pain for a few weeks after a football injury. Ankita identified the issue of a misalinged pelvis within a few minutes and after a few clicks and cracks the problem was gone. Would highly recommend!
