I was nervous about attending my first ever physio appointment but as soon as we started talking I felt comfortable and like I was really being listened to about the pain I was experiencing.
KD physiotherapy was really good at helping me getting back to work and back to the gym after my car accident.
Would recommend to anyone!

I came here for about 6 months between October 2018 and April 2019 following ACL reconstruction surgery and miniscus repair where I effectively had to learn to walk again. Seems like a long time ago now and I'm back to full function but at the time it was a long and daunting road to recovery and I thought I would never return to my previous level of activity and range of motion. However Sarah (and Gary standing in on some occasions) helped me focus on the goals, maintain commitment and discipline on the very many exercises I need to do at home between twice weekly sessions and helped monitor my progress. I am very fortunate to have had this support through medical insurance as doing this with limited sessions might have taken much longer for recovery. I would recommend the physiotherapists (Sarah and Gary) and sports massages (Tracy) given the good knowledge and experience and facilities.

Was hesitant about doing this,but would have waited 4 months for the NHS.I was desperate and limping badly due to Achilles tendon pain and luckily on the one day I phoned,Sarah Moore had a cancellation.Sarah is very professional and patient,took the time to assess my problem and I started treatment with her. Shockwave therapy sessions do not seem to work at first and I was ready to quit on the 2nd treatment, but Sarah had a chat with me and explained that the inflammation takes time to go down & I would probably not see improvement to 3rd or 4th treatment.I am so pleased that I listened to her, I realised after a few sessions the pain was going and I can walk normally. I was made to feel welcomed,the physio centre is a calm and professional place to visit.I am more than happy to recommend Gary's Physio at Cosham.

Gary pretty much saved my life, I was dealing with a lot of pelvic issues and was suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts, After 5 sessions with Gary my quality of life greatly improved. I went to chiropractors and osteopaths and they couldn't help but Gary figured out a piece of the puzzle on the first appointment. So I highly recommend seeing him.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and very professional, Gary Sarah and niki always make you feel comfortable, they listern and nothing is too much trouble for them.
