I went to Vinay after a big toe fusion. I have been seeing him regularly for three months and I am almost back to normal, I couldn't almost walk when I first went to him. It’s great that he makes use of the gym to help with exercises and rehabilitation from my injury. He provided all the exercises as video format on an app which makes it easier to remember and to do. Vinay is excellent! From the get go Vinay has been genuinely interested in getting mum better. From pre knee replacement therapy to post surgery support he really has been attentive to mums needs. Mum has had 15 years of painful knees and we have seen SO many people to help and Vinay is the one that stands out. He worked to relieve pain to allow more movement and adapted exercises to make them work better for mum. Some heart warming moments have been seeing his face light up seeing mum doing stairs after surgery and rotating one cycle pedal to allow movement on the other knee. He is invested in your recovery like family as opposed to a client which has encouraged mum to stretch further. Thank you Vinay!

Vinay is professional physiotherapist, I have been sent to him by doctor. I got chronic shoulder pain, but thanks to Vinay and his knowledge my pain was reduced to the minimum. Really recommend if you want to get rid of pain.
