Referred to Lakky Physiotherapy following a car accident, I found Nehal to be personable and highly professional. Using targeted deep tissue massage and acupuncture, along with advice on supportive exercises, she has been able to greatly improve both my range of movement and my general pain levels. Sessions were on time but never felt rushed and I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Wonderful and very professional Physiotherapy. I was lucky to see the wonderful Nehal, she took the time to explain the treatment plan that she had scheduled for me. I was never rushed and Nehal made me feel very at ease. I was given acupuncture and the whole process was thoroughly explained to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lakky Physiotherapy.

Lakky Physiotherapy are really professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in after a car shunt with limited mobility in my neck and shoulders and after 10 sessions am pain free and have gained back my mobility.

I am an aerialist and therefore I occasionally have the need to see a physio and I trust Nehal from Lakky Physiotherapy for the job. She doesn't use a one size fits all and instead looks at the problem in a more holistic fashion, sometimes using manipulation, acupuncture or just old fashioned elbow grease to get the job sorted! Physio and acupuncture
I’d like to give Nehal from Lakky physio a five start rating ,She is a amazing physiotherapist you feel comfortable and at ease , I had a sport injuries on my knees and I was in a lot of pain , after few sessions with acupuncture the pain is gone and I’m back to normal life without pain thank you Nehal for all your help ,highly recommended

My visit to Lakky was for a very painful back and trapped nerve in my leg,
I was pain free very quickly. Excellent friendly service and very efficient. Would highly recommend them.

They could be ok, but too focused on money and time. They cancelled an appointment and delayed it by a week, but instead on one full hour (as per original appointment) they changed it to half so they can squeeze in more customers. Went there in pain, left in pain because the therapist wouldn't look at my upper back as it wasn't in the calendar.

LE: After some email exchanges I updated my review with 3* becasue the therapist is actually good people. I was offered a refund for the last session, but I rejected that and if it happens I will send the money back one way or another, as I told them twice, it's not about the money.

Instead of owning the issue and find solutions, they wasted energy to explain why is it my fault:
- it is my fault because I complained about the cost - not true, I actually wanted to pay more not less;
- it is my fault because I misunderstood the details of the appointment - not true, all 6 appointments were on hour slots (even though one was changed at some point via email, but still the initial appointment was 1 hour);
- it is my fault because I rejected the alternatives provided in the day - not true, the therapist showed me the calendar and apologised he can't help me as the day is full. He advised to contact the practice and ask for info;

I stand by my comments and this should stop here as it already feels like kindergarten.
