Gosia helped me with Sacroliac Joint Dysfunction when I was 3 months after delivering baby and started doing 'too much too early'. She did some great massages which helped relaxing some of the tight muscles and guided me in doing some important exercises to strengthen some of the muscles. She saved me loads of money and nerves as I was desperate to get back to running ASAP. I was able to continue low impact cardio all the way and went back running 3 weeks later. She understood my need of getting back to running as she is a great runner herself.

I go to Gosia if I ever have an injury and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She got my husband walking after a particularly bad calf strain last year just before a much-anticipated family holiday.
I am currently seeing her for my hip and shoulder and any delay in my recovery is entirely my own fault for overdoing things!!
Superb treatment. Thank you Gosia

Gosia not only listened to what I had to say about my sports injury, but quickly discovered its root cause. She expertly instructed me in the exercises I should do, and explained the benefits of doing them (and the pitfalls and recurring injuries I would get if I didn't). As I'm still in the process of recovery (which is going better than expected) it's too early to award 5 stars - but will update this review once I am back on Marathon training. Given I haven't even felt able to run for the last 5 years, whereas I am now, I am confident the 5 stars will be coming soon.

There is a God and Gosia is an angel: A couple of weeks before my first Ironman race I was knocked off my bike - I needed eight stitches on my lip and had hurt my hip and shoulder; the doctors at Addenbrookes said there was no way I could race and deep down I kind of felt the same. Gosia was an answer to my prayers: her professionalism, her skill and expertise as well as her positive, caring and encouraging manner got me up and going. A few massages, stretches as well as taping up bits (and supplying me with extra tape for the transitions and teaching me how to apply it) got me around in 12hours 16mins -- way beyond my wildest dreams. I owe that to Gosia.

Over the years I have seen three different physios in Cambridge for various different pains but Gosia is by far the best. Previously, I was lazy and used the physios suggested by doctors or health insurance companies and I wish I hadn't: It took an accident and willingness to personally pay for a physio to find her and I am so glad I did. Her rates weren't that expensive and now I've seen her, I now know she works with the insurance companies, so I could have used her years earlier. Learn from my mistakes - Go see a physio? Go to Gosia!

The best physio in Cambridge! Worked wonders on my torn quadricep and had me back playing football in no time! Highly recommend.
