Firstly, have to say what a friendly, knowledgeable and professional person Gavin is. Not a question in relation to my injuries he couldn't give me a thoroughly detailed explanation for. I came to Gavin, with numerous knee and tendon issues in the hope he could get me through this years Edinburgh Marathon. On the back on no training and a lot of pain and the short time of just 5 sessions we had before the race he managed to get me fit and able to finish it. Would absolutely recommend Gavin to anyone. Brilliant.

Gavin is a great health specialist. He really takes time to listen to you and works on your needs so you can become pain free again.
He is very professional, calm, makes you feel comfortable and secure. I highly recommend his clinic.

Had a weirdest pain in my lower back for a few months. Eventually found Gavin who kindly accommodated me the next day. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He found the pain to be joint related and he fixed it straight away. While I hope to not need a physio anytime soon, he is excellent and would happily recommend to anyone

I found Gcr online after doing my research and reading the great reviews I decided to book an appointment. I was suffering from bad sciatic nerve pain which was from having herniated disc’s in my back. In just 6 sessions of spinal decompression therapy my pain has gone and my back feels so much better. After a progressive shoulder injury I contacted GCR fearing I'll have long road to recovery. After speaking to a few other physio's that seemed to be right as well. However after speaking with Gavin at GCR he was refreshingly positive about the situation and presented several different options for recovery as well. A few short sessions later and I've gone from not being able to sleep because of the pain or pick my son up, to being back in the gym and importantly pain free. I cannot recommend GCR enough. I recommend anyone thinking about physio to pay GCR a visit.

Gavin helped me following knee replacement surgery. He was very professional and encouraging and I am sure that the treatment, exercises and advice that he gave me enabled a much swifter recovery than would otherwise have been the case. He will be my first choice if I need a physiotherapist in the future.
