After many years of suffering from a reoccurring back pain and not curing the source of the pain, I finally met Tracey. She identified the source of the pain, created a treatment plan and alongside a recommendation for a Personal Trainer I am well on the way to a back pain free life. Thank you Tracey!

Tracey is an absolutely brilliant physiotherapist, she is friendly , professional and incredibly knowledgeable . I have seen Tracey for various different injuries which have not been managed well by other physiotherapists and she has always got me back to my best . I honestly cannot recommend her enough !

Was on the Verge of giving up running for good due to a stubborn knee injury. Now 18 months after seeing Tracey for the first time, her guidance and treatments have kept me injury free and I’ve set pbs for 5k, 10k and half marathon this year! Have done 3 half marathons so far this year, all without any issues afterwards.

Went to see Tracey today with a stiff shoulder, she has worked miracles and it is nice and loose again! Couldn't recommend enough. Miles better than any other physiotherapist I've used in the past

I can't stress enough how good Tracey @ Bespoke Treatments is. After sustaining a broken knee, Tracey has not only helped in getting all the lost mobility back in the knee, but also restore and improve the strength of my entire leg(s).
Whether it's through stretching, exercises or sports massages, I am now very much confident in retaining all use of the leg ready for snowboarding.
She's knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and always willing to go above and beyond to help out. She's not pushy in anything you do. She'll only suggest you coming back when necessary so not out foraking money. Will always reassure me if I seemed disheartened in progress. Will also dynamically change the treatment if more/less progress has been made or a situation has caused unforseen issues.
If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat.
Would recommend to anyone in need of physio or sports massage or any sort of medical need of movement.
