I have seen several physiotherapists over the last year due to an ongoing problem with my neck and back and Charlotte was the best. She outlined her plan clearly and said that if 3 sessions of acupuncture did not work, then I should ask my GP to refer me for an MRI scan, which has since proved a very good decision as it has uncovered a more serious spinal issue. At all times she was professional, helpful and communicative and unlike others, did not want me to keep coming back when she knew that the problem needed escalation after a certain number of sessions. Highly recommended.

Charlie Plummer provides physiotherapy expertise at the very highest level combining a wealth of knowledge & experience with excellent practical advice. I tried numerous physio's, osteopath's, a chiropractor & sports therapist before meeting Charlie. I can honestly say that I only started making progress after engaging with his practice. Charlie's staff are also extremely engaging and always very helpful with making appointments. The premises he uses are also easily accessible & very comfortable making the whole experience a very positive one. I can not recommend PhysioFit Kent highly enough. If it were possible to award 6 stars, I would!,

Been coming to see Charlie for around 10 years for advice and physiotherapy for differing sporting injuries and surgery Rehabilitation. His breadth of knowledge is second to none and his application always has had a positive outcome to my various injuries.
Couldn't recommend any higher.

Had bad shoulder, back and neck pain. GP said I’d need cortisone injections or maybe an operation on my shoulder. 1 session with adi and he diagnosed a problem with the joints in my back. He worked on my back and gave me some exercises 3 weeks on and I’m like a new man, couldn’t be happier.

Two sessions with Ade and I feel like I have a new body. I was getting really bad neck pain and headaches from driving frequent long distances in the car, fixed in one manipulation. Stiff back that I've had for as long as I can remember, fixed second visit. Told me there was no need to rebook unless anything cropped up. Top service.

I saw Julie today for my first session of vestibular rehabilitation and I have to say, she was fantastic. So thorough when asking about my history, incredibly knowledgable, and just an overall lovely lady. I've been to see 3 different medical professionals recently about my condition and by far Julie has been the best.

I strongly recommend Ben Motum at PhysioFit to anyone requiring physiotherapy. In January I was diagnosed with Archilles Tendinopathy and told by my GP that the injury and restricted mobility was permanent. In the time before I have even had a physiotherapy induction appointment on the NHS, Ben has put me through a process of rehabilitation that has allowed me to recover from my injury and resume hobbies severely impacted by my injury. I cannot stress enough how much appreciation I have for Ben and PhysioFit and would strongly advise anyone who faces long delays on the National Health or has any physiotherapy needs to contact PhysioFit and book and appointment with Ben Motum.
