Prosportsmed Physiotherapy

After treatment from two other Physios with no success, this is the first time that I felt that my injury was being treated properly.
Treatment was impressively thorough and incredibly successful and I left feeling confident that I can continue to train and compete without fear of recurring injury.
Not only was the problem treated directly but I was lead through a program of strengthening during each session that I will now be able to take forward to make me a better, safer, runner in the future.

I had different problems and with my previous 2 physios I only felt I was giving money for free. I found this place and take an appointment the same day just to have an ultrasound, get some info and see my options of treatment. I was seen by Daniel Marti (I checked his cv first which I do with all physio I visit and I got impressed) and I had to say I left really pleased. I got tons of info, exercises and advices to strength my body and recover instead of paying him for treatment. That says a lot to me.
I am going to follow his advices and wait a couple of months, but If it does not work, I know for sure I will come back.
If you want a physio to trust, I will definetely recommend him (and I ve seen a lot lately)

I work from home and I have to spend a lot of hours in front of the computer. Add the demands of carrying a baby around and you get a painful picture – back and neck contractures have been recurring during the last two years. Yoga helped but didn't solve the problem. I decided to take action and noticed improvements from the very first sessions at Prosportsmed. They are quite central, and that helps every time I come to busy London.

A course of treatment with Ana and the team following my ankle arthroscopy surgery has made a huge difference. I highly recommended for post-surgery treatment.
