I had virtually stopped running altogether by the time I went to Caroline, but she identified the cause of my post-running discomfort at the first appointment and gave me realistic strengthening exercises to do that I could easily fit into my daily routine. After just 4 appointments with guided rehabilitation I am delighted to be able to run again.

Thanks yet again to the best Physio there is, Caroline has successfully treated me for numerous injuries over the years , although more recently has been rehabbing me post hip replacement. Accurate diagnosis by Caroline in my first session - which was subsequently validated by an MRI scan. Treatment was effective from the start, backed up with exercises to help alleviate the discomfort I was suffering. Acupuncture was an eye opener - not at all what I expected and made a huge difference. Highly recommend her.

I went to see Caroline on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I did!
She could see my problems as I walked towards her - my posture was affected following a successful operation to remove a tumour from my back which involved removing paraspinal muscles and having instrumentation on my spine.
The loss of muscles and the placing of the instrumentation meant that I tended to lean forward and towards the right, often leaving me with back ache.
After only three visits with Caroline; and carrying out exercises at home, there has been a beneficial impact on my posture. In addition her suggestion to get a perching stool to use while preparing meals has really helped to alleviate back ache as well. I will continue to have maintenance care.

I cannot thank Caroline enough for all her help with my Achilles Tendonitis. I had suffered for almost two years with pain and difficulty walking. A friend recommended Shockwave Treatment. I had regular appointments with Caroline and the combination of Shockwave and appropriate exercises have pretty much sorted out my pain. Walking normally at last without limping.

My initial visit was for a very painful neck and shoulder problem. Massage, and acupuncture made an immediate impact. The problem was a result of weeks of working at home at a desk, so have made a few alterations and regular stretches advised by Caroline to help.

I can now book appointments when needed, to help with continued posture support.
