Hands down the best physio I have been to. Josephine is extremely knowledgable and thorough. The support between sessions is also impressive and she takes everything into account. Even offered to call my PT to tailor some of his approach accordingly and supported me wanting to stay active. My neck and shoulder pain was massively reduced in just 1 session and gone in 3. I’ve also taken away some key knowledge to help keep me active and avoid things happening again. Thank you so much! I have no issue referring you guys. Amazing!

Josephine’s been treating me for a few years now, when I need it, and I can honestly say I’ve never met a better Physio. She really takes the time to understand what your symptoms are and considers all possible causes and treatments. Then she zeroes in on the issue and comes up with a clear, and easy-to-understand plan to solve the problem. The facilities at Executive Physiotherapy are fantastic, premium and personal. So there’s a perfect opportunity to work with the excellent trainers and sports massage team, to strengthen your body under Josephine’s expert guidance. Giving you a perfect, holistic approach to your health. I wouldn’t visit anyone else after seeing Josephine. She’s also lovely to chat to while you’re on the treatment table.

Josephine is a fantastic and very friendly physio! I needed a physio due to a bad ankle sprain, and found her through my Bupa health insurance. She really understood what was needed at each stage of recovery, and knew what to recommend when, and how far to push me with exercises. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of treatment, and has been instrumental in getting my ankle back to health. Thank you so much!!

A great physio and PT clinic that I was recommended and will continue to recommend to friends and colleagues. I saw Josephine for roughly 9 months as she helped with my knee pain. Her commitment and attentiveness as well as fantastic rehab skills made it a pleasure to go and see her. I now have PT sessions there and the instructors are also top class and very down to earth.

I have seen Leanne for two unrelated running injuries/conditions and on both occasions was extremely impressed with her knowledge, capabilities and professionalism.

Leanne quickly diagnosed my condition and set me on an appropriate treatment programme, which resulted in me being able to run again after a few months. I should also note that, despite my second injury being over a year after my first, Leanne remembered treating me the first time around - which made the entire process a lot more efficient!

I have had a few sessions with Leanne O'Brien for ankle and hip problems and found her to be an excellent and professional physio. She has a friendly manner and explains the procedures in easy to understand language. Her advice has been spot on and she significantly improved my condition. I would highly recommend her.

I saw Josephine - only for two appointments in the end - but her focus, kindness, patience and warmth and care were first class. She adopted a holistic approach - such as exploring issues to be taken up with my GP and advising my not to give up my gym membership without having a cardio option in mind. I would recommend her to anyone.
