I started treatment with Gillian and Marilyn after herniating my L5/S1 disc. For seven months I persevered with the debilitating and excruciating pain, with absolutely no relief or resolve from doctors or medication. My only option being possible surgery, which was something I absolutely didn’t want to do Unless it was my only option. Until I found Harpenden sports and spinal IDD therapy. It’s the best thing I ever did! Gillian and Marilyn have been amazing support and incredibly professional during every treatment, giving advice and help when possible. After a long course of sessions and an exercise plan I am now pretty much pain free. Do not hesistate to have this treatment, I wish I’d have done so many many months sooner! It’s given me my life back and I am so thankful To be able to live my life again without any pain.
