The best Physio I’ve ever had. The loveliest people and vibe at the practice. Gill is potentially the best physio in the world, also probably the best person. Even if there’s nothing wrong with you, you should go!

I started shoulder physio back in April with Joy Tesan and I must admit it's been absolutely incredible. Joy was super friendly, would listen to every detail I had to share about how the pain in my should behaved and overall made me feel like she was interested in what was going on, which is very rare with UK doctors/health workers.
She took notes in every session and advised the best practices, all while keeping record of exercises and stretches via an app, which was also very helpful so I dind't have to take notes or anything like that. She would also show me how to do the exercise correctly or adapt it for home.
She also was so so friendly and easy-going, it all felt like going to physio sessions with life-long friend!
Would highly recommend her for anything physio related. If you ever read this, thank you Joy!!!

Really delighted with neck and shoulder massage I had over the weekend. I highly recommend Wayne. He knows his stuff - although be warned - this is not a massage for the faint hearted. Wayne gets right to the heart of the tension, applying pressure to 'melt' it away. Walked out feeling taller with 100% more mobility in my neck, able to look over both shoulders without difficulty. Wish I'd had this done years ago!

Elly really helped out with my swollen ankle. She used ultrasound, tapping and massage and I can already feel a difference! The PhysioEdge team are all incredible with great knowledge
