Worried about whether it was safe to be running with a painful achilles, I went to visit Lucy. Not only did she diagnose the issue immediately but she also gave me a set of stretches and strengthening exercises that got me back out running in days.

Over the following 3 years and thousands of miles, Lucy has always been there to support me when I’ve had any issues or questions resulting in easily my longest spell of running/rowing/cycling without injury!!

Hugely passionate about what she does and an incredible ultra runner with an amazing attitude. Lucy is the best!

Lucy is an amazing physiotherapist. As a runner herself, she really understands the needs of people who partake in endurance sports. Lucy has helped me with various injuries. She provides a mix of hands on treatment alongside guided exercises. I particularly like the videos she provided me of the exercises I need to do as part of rehab. All this helped me make the start line (and finish line) of another marathon, so thank you Lucy!

I thoroughly recommend my experience with Lucy. Her excellent knowledge and guidance got me back in the saddle very quickly after a crash where I hurt my knee. As an athlete herself, she completely understood my frustrations with not being able to run/cycle and she programmed my rehab not only to cure my injury but also to make me stronger in these disciplines. She's absolutely brilliant, THANKS LUCY!!!

After months and years of doing ‘random’ strength and conditioning exercises with no plan to it at all, I stumbled upon Lucy on a social media site. I’m so pleased I did!
The online sessions are long enough to make a difference and short enough to fit into a regular weekly routine.
After a few months of doing the sessions online I can already feel stronger in my running and I’m slowly working my way back to pb country, something that hasn’t happened for years!
The exercises are really specific and target the right areas for my sport so I can immediately pinpoint my weak spots and work on them.
I would fully recommend these sessions!
Thank you Lucy!

3 months ago I suffered an injury at the hip which also led to other niggles and weaknesses in the legs. I was in discomfort walking and was desperate to get back running. Lucy came to the rescue… Lucy is a good runner/cyclist as well so she definitely could relate to my issue. The clear information she provided and the variation of exercises she has are incredible. Every person is different and some exercises are harder for some, so Lucy made sure that I personally felt comfortable to do the exercises at home. She provides clear instructions with a follow up email with videos which were so helpful in repeating at home. I made sure to listen and follow all of her advice and without a doubt Lucy managed to get me back to running a lot quicker than I thought! She even made sure that all my other niggles and long term issues were looked at which were an added bonus! I highly recommend Lucy if you have any niggles or a more serious injury! She really is a professional and knows exactly what she is doing! Thank you Lucy for getting me recovered quicker!

Can’t recommend Lucy enough. I went to her after a few months of hip pain, with my own sporadic attempts at S&C not helping. She provided specific and manageable exercises, explaining and demonstrating each in clear terms. I was filled with confidence that Lucy knew exactly what she was doing, and went away from appts hopeful about recovery. Lucy is also incredibly personable, and being an athlete herself, really understands patients needs. Thanks Lucy!

I have had the pleasure of working with Lucy for the past 2 years. She has provided expert advise to our team of 170+ charity runners to help them best prepare and avoid/manage injuries whilst training to participate in the London Marathon.
I have referred many of our charity runners for 1-2-1 sessions with Lucy and everybody I spoke to were so pleased to find such a trustworthy physio. Lucy is quick to identify injuries or niggles, and sets practical and realistic recovery plans. I couldn't recommend her enough.

I contacted Lucy after a pain during running wouldn't go away. She was able to diagnose my issue and set me up with a plan to get me in running form again - all done remotely via Zoom. With regular email and video check ins to progress my strength work and running plan, I'm so delighted to be back running again without even a niggle. Lucy is so lovely to work with, and she provides great cues and demonstrations to execute exercises properly, while making sure you progress (or pull back!) when you need to. I would definitely recommend her to those in need of a plan to keep their body in good form for sport of any kind.
