I could not recommend Claire highly enough! I had an antenatal physio check up and have since been seeing Claire on a monthly basis post having a C-section. She has been instrumental in my quick recovery and helped me get back to exercise with confidence but in a safe way that suited me.
She makes you feel relaxed and listened to, adjusting her approach to suit you.
I look forward to our appointments every time.
I never hesitate to recommend her to those around me with half of my Bump and Baby group having seen Claire post giving birth!

I worked with Claire for several months following the birth of my daughter, and I can highly recommend her services. She came to my own home, and made me feel totally comfortable at each appointment. I was really anxious about my poor pelvic floor condition and symptoms after birth, but Claire worked diligently to give me the exercises I needed to regain strength. I feel great having taken control and achieved my goals, and that’s all thanks to Claire!

I can not recommend Claire enough. I feel she literally has changed my life and improved my mental health as well as my body. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, completely thorough and totally supportive.

At a point in my life where I felt my GP did not want to help or knew how to, I needed to speak to someone with more knowledge of prolapse. After speaking to Claire on the phone initially I knew that straight away she understood and wanted to help.

Her experience clearly shows and I felt she genuinely wanted to support me and provide me with the tools to move forward.

I have recommended Claire to all my friends regardless of any issues because women’s health, specifically pelvic health, does not get the attention it needs from busy GPs.

Claire has totally changed my mindset and I am so grateful to have a better, stronger pelvic floor!

I saw Claire during my pregnancy and for rehab after my c-section to get me back into exercising post-pregnancy. Her advice was invaluable. I now feel back to my old self. I have just done my first 5k post-natal - no pelvic floor issues! I highly recommend a session just on the scar as well. I will definitely be going back to Claire if I have another baby. Cannot thank you enough Claire.

Highly recommend La Femme Physio. From my first visit I was treated with such care and understanding. I’m a year into treatment and I feel so much better. After a complicated birth I was left with much discomfort and was told by my doctor that I wouldnt get seen or get a referral for a year post-partum. I had to find help and with La Femme I was in the best hands. I have a good understanding now of what my issue is and was even taught how to work on it myself between appointments. I can’t thank La Femme enough for helping me get back to myself.

After a vaginal birth and forceps delivery I was feeling quite low about my non existent pelvic floor and like I wouldn’t ever feel like myself again. My 6-week GP check left me feeling quite lonely and lost as I was told to ‘just Google it’. I didn’t know that a women’s health physio existed and I’m so pleased that I came across Claire via Instagram and booked the postnatal MOT. I felt so seen and listened to, and so reassured by the end of it, leaving with lots of really interesting knowledge and the confidence to embark on an structured plan to restore my pelvic floor and core muscles, so that I can get back to exercising without worry of prolapse or diastasis recti. Now I’ve had a baby I’m shocked by how little I knew about my own anatomy and physiology, and how little the hospital educated me about how to rehab my body after the birth. If you’re worried about anything I highly recommend a session - Claire is so kind and super professional and knowledgeable, I’m confident I can enjoy my mat leave now and focus on carrying my ever-heavier baby rather than the weight of my anxiety.

I visited Claire following the birth of my second daughter and I can't recommend her highly enough. Following a difficult birth, Claire gave me the tools to strengthen my pelvic floor and the confidence that I was doing the exercises correctly. Claire is very lovely and put me straight at ease. My sessions with Claire were invaluable and I would encourage any new mum to visit her.
