I went in with a bad shoulder and Kristos diagnosed the muscle problem unbelievably quickly. He recommended exercises and after treatment today I'm already feeling a lot better.
Physiofriend inspires me with confidence and I will certainly be coming back.
His level of treatment was far superior, he took the time to really understand what was going on so that he could create a detailed exercise plan and provide incredibly thorough treatment.
I felt very confident in his judgement as he has a huge amount of experience and is incredibly passionate about what he does.
I’m glad to say my shoulder is well on the road to recovery but this is bitter sweet as I truly enjoyed my sessions with Kristos!
After suffering a trimalleolar ankle fracture and undergoing major surgery in October 2021, I contacted Physiofriend as the NHS were only able to see me once every five weeks. Kristos arranged treatment straight away, immediately reducing the swelling and pain, whilst also giving much needed medical advice for my journey ahead.
Visiting Physiofriend in Elephant & Castle twice weekly, Kristos built up the strength through light exercises, creating a tailored plan I could follow at home via an app, and reduced the swelling through acupuncture and deep tissue massages.
Being able to remove the crutches and walk in a boot was a huge step forward. This was achieved through regular sessions with Kristos in his gym, who always found time in the evening or over the weekend so I could continue to work as normal. His positive energy definitely keeps you motivated to succeed.
With the help of the new treadmill in the gym, I was able to remove the boot and walk longer distances, eventually completing my first run in May 2022, 9 months after my surgery.
Aged 30 and being an avid runner prior to my injury, I underestimated the severity of the break and will always be grateful to Physiofriend for advancing my recovery. I'm now able to run 8-10km and continue to improve week by week.
It's been a pleasure working with Kristos and I couldn't recommend Physiofriend more. I wish the company the best of luck in the future.
I had a bad back for many days, but with Kristos's massage and exercises, I feel much better.
Thank you so much, Kristos.
I highly recommend his services.
