I recently engaged the services of PhysioWork to obtain a COVD test to allow me to travel, I was delighted with the service and particularly commend Chloe for her help in ensuring the certificate was correct and would be accepted by the immigration dept.

really professional, everything was straight forward, results very
quick. My partner who lives in Colchester same experience for £39
£54 charged a bit on the excessive side.

Went for last minute a Lateral flow test for holiday and the staff was very friendly and chatty. Received our certificates very quickly as well! Price to book was a tad pricey but might have been because it wasn't booked until the last minute

Prompt professional service. Really friendly staff. Physiotherapist was so helpful, understanding and explained what and why to the treatment I received.

Very professional and friendly staff. Fixed my lower back within 3 sessions.

Having recently moved to the area and then returning from hospital from a hip replacement, I contacted local physios regarding home visits to aid my recovery. I was told that someone would contact me the next day. having received no response I contacted them again, received an apology and a further promise that i would be contacted. now 4 weeks later and a further 2 calls from me i have had no contact from them. from a business providing healthcare services, i find this unacceptable and have written to them to them accordingly. abysmal customer service. would recommend you find a more reliable and caring alternative.

Many thanks for your help with my fit to fly test for my daughter. I was let down by an online company and Physio Work saved my holiday. Very professional, helpful and i had my results within an hour. Would highly recommend to take the stress away for travelling. Thanks again. 😀
