Would not recommend going to this gym. The amount of equipment within is lacking. The area for weights is overcrowded and you can find yourself waiting for ages to use a bench or the squat location (There is only one bench press). The equipment is worn and dated. This place needs a complete make over, the walls are dirty, toilets and showers disgusting. Manager/Owner seems very miserable and unwelcoming and have seen on occasions him telling of staff members in front of gym members, highly unprofessional management there.

ive been using physicals for a couple of years now. all of the staff are kind and helpful, as are most of the customers. the classes are great, and i dont know what the comment about neil was for? hes a good trainer, always having a laugh and joke with people around the gym including myself?? but serious when we get into class. a good gym.

I joined this Gym early this year, I think you get what you pay for. Facilities are basic, many machines not working and showing wear and tear. The most shocking is how dirty the place is. Gyms need deep cleaning on regular basis, there are huge cobwebs, mould, dampness and leaks through the roof. I am here because of the price and being at the top of my road. Even if the management showed that they are attempting to improve this place it would encourage more people.
Not sure why there is no water fountain and you have to ask staff to fill your water bottle every time.
Staff are polite and helpful.

I would not recommend this gym at all. I am not a member of the gym but wanted to attend their classes, so I rang a few days in advance of the class I wanted to attend to find out about price and whether I needed to pay in advance to secure a space.
The member of staff that took my call shocked me, she answered and was laughing continuously throughout our conversation whilst speaking to her colleague and not even apologising for laughing and having a conversation whilst taking a call. Not professional in any way. But I decided to give the gym a chance and thought perhaps it's just one bad member of staff. So she told me to attend 10-15 minutes before my class to secure a space. So I arrived 15 minutes early, and was told they are full. I asked why I hadn't been asked to pay in advance to secure a space, was told they don't do that. Right. The teacher arrives and checks to see if there's any space in the class for me- no. So I travelled to the gym after a long day at work, bare in mind I don't live close to this gym, just to be turned away. I was never told when I rang that I would need to arrive an hour beforehand, nor that it would be such an issue to get into a class. I was not even offered the option of using the gym seeing as I came all the way for nothing. I would have felt more positively about this experience if they had apologised and offered a free gym visit as compensation. The gym itself looks outdated and worn, I will not be returning as my experiences so early on have been so negative. AVOID.

Total garbage. Filthy. Everything broken. Neil could care less that the gym is falling apart. Child care is rude. The entire gym smells like a toilet. The broken sauna smells like a dirty nappy. There is never a manager or owner around. Not worth the money. I feel sorry for the people working there. Sad.

Has a wide range of equipment and suitable for all types of gym goers. Very friendly and approachable staff. However parking is very limited.

Very friendly gym. Nice and cheerful staff.

Used the Gym for a long time, loved the Body Pump classes and the main gym area.

Few machines can be replaced but again you are not paying through the roof to get into a 5 star facility. It is a good gym and a nice bunch of people.

Good timings and decently maintained.

Recently left this gym, after a while of using it. For the price you can't be too critical. Just needs a good clean and some investment in the facilities. It would seem management does not seem to want to increase its current standard though. Its been like this for years.
