I was super satisfied by the Physio session I booked with Danielle regarding an upper back tightness.
She covered everything while walking me through the whole process: from spotting the issue, showing it to me in the mirror, firmly massaging the tight spot, to finally giving me advice on stretches and targeted reinforcement exercises.
Bonus points for the personalized recap video that I received afterwards - Danielle is a top notch physio providing excellent services!
I plan to have at least few more sessions with Danielle, given how good the service has been so far.
I went to see Harry after a flair up with long standing knee injury, he was very knowledgeable and thorough in developing a solid understanding of my injury. Over the last few months, I have seen a huge improvement in my mobility and strength. I'm now able to do things I haven't been able to do for many years! He was professional and super encouraging with my recovery!
My recent move back to London was somewhat tainted by a very unhappy post Marathon knee - more than just a niggle and some big running plans in my day dreams meant it was time to seek proper advice and really look after myself.
I decided upon One Body after some classic Google research paying particular attention to what I was looking for - firstly a diagnosis and then some supportive but realistic treatment. One Body fits within my price range and offers a very cohesive service without paying ‘London’ prices for private physio. I am always warmly welcomed and I instantly feel at ease when I’m in the One Body environment - friendly, professional and warm with great resources. I have been working with Magenta for a couple of months now - we first addressed the main source of the problem, worked together on basic exercises to improve mobility and used techniques to loosen and soothe the area. Eradicating the pain was the first and very successful step and now we are building strength. With long term sporting and fitness goals in my sights, this process is exactly what I need and I plan to keep seeing Magenta to ensure I am training and maintaining properly.
