Howse Physio

I got recommended Howse physio through my neighbour, I had been suffering with achilles problems for about 10 months but was managing it until after a race it swelled up. Andy was great very friendly easy to get on with and didn't just treat the issue at hand but also the route cause. After the treatment and when I was able to run again we then went on and looked at my running bio-mechanics to see where we could make changes for the future, Andy then went into great depth but in simple terms what I was looking at and what we need to work on. His knowledge and experience means he is great with both elite athletes but also recreational athletes.

I can't rate this guy highly enough!
Andy helped manage my injury right up until I was back in full training again.
Andy understands the frustration that people playing sports go through when they're injured. He offers great advice with plenty of options to allow each individual the chance to stay active whilst still recovering.
