I had a Zoom session with Matt from The Home Physios after experiencing quite severe and movement-restricting pain in my left hip / quad from running. Matt's virtual assessment was clear, encouraging and informative and I felt like he gave me a really detailed but accessible understanding of why I was having this pain. It really didn't matter that it wasn't an in-person session, Matt is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and is able to apply this virtually! He followed up straight after the session with a detailed, personalised plan and answered all of the qestions I had. Would definitely recommend booking in for an appointment if you're looking for a physio who is able to give effective treatment virtually as well as in person!
