When I 1st contacted RPL i wasn't sure they will be able to help my uncle who had been in bed for more than 8 months without any physical injury. He had mild stroke and was kept in hospital for 2 months due to his sever epilepsy. And then he was discharged with catheter and unable to move.

He has never been in bed for more than 24 in his 89 yrs of life so he was fed up and asked me if I could find a physiotherapist who will make him able to move and eventually get out of bed. Nhs hospital told him he cannot do physio until his cather is out then they will organise physio. RPL was confident that they can atleast help him build up his strength in his legs to get out of bed once the catheter is out. So I booked initial assessment. My uncle aunt has language barrier yet the physiotherapist Ajibola was so patient with them. I was not present at any meeting to translate due to my work. She had managed to give him small exercises after the initial assessment and gave him hope that he will walk again soon. She gave him exercises to follow and did another visit after 2 weeks to saw more exercises and left them to do that until the catheter is removed. My uncle was so happy to do those exercises and it gave him strength enough to sit up and slide to the edge or bed and hang his feet.

My aunt was so happy that the therapist was so kind and understanding of their need and explained everything slowly with demonstration.

Ajibola also gave my aunt some basic exercises to help her knee as a goodwill gesture. Thank you RPL I will always recommend you guys for those who can afford private physio. Your service ans understanding of patients need is excellent. You guys don't just treat patients's physical ability but you also help them build confidence to be able to do what is need to achieve physical freedom.
