Refered in September. Waited until Feb for my first appointment. Second appt in March cancelled until end of May. What's the point??

Impossible to get through to the Physiotherapy dept. I was referred by my GP in Nov 2021 and I have had no contact and it's now Feb 2022. Not even a letter. Main contact number on the website keeps transferring me to different departments. Where is my taxes being directed to because I am appalled at this process or lack of
