Having read a Telegraph article regarding alignment (or the lack of it) when skiing I booked in for a skiing assessment with Lucy. The assessment was fantastic and Lucy not only discovered very quickly what was adversely affecting my skiing but also how I stood and walked. She was very thorough when going through exercises and her report was very detailed, even including how to turn properly with diagrams and photos. I saw her a few weeks later just to make sure I was getting on with the exercises, everything was so good she gave me more!

Since seeing Lucy - and doing the exercises - I have experienced less hip flexor pain, almost no discomfort when foam rolling my IT bands and much better posture.

In just under 3 weeks I will be putting everything together on the slopes - can't wait!

I live in Australia but am running the London Marathon for Diabetes UK in a few weeks. Having access to Lucy's knowledge and experience has enabled me to work through a few and varied niggles. She replied promptly to emails and pointed me towards the appropriate exercise and advice videos for my issues, which were very easy to follow. I visited Octopus to diagnose a running injury. Claudia was absolutely fantastic. Within a few sessions the pain I was experiencing had reduced significantly + we started looking at the root cause.

Claudia is friendly + professional, gets to the root of the problem quickly and gives really clear + honest advice.

The Octopus facilities themselves are well located + are well stocked equipment wise.

Just 10 days before the London Marathon I managed to pick up a knee injury by twisting my lateral meniscus. It was so painful and I couldn't walk for 5 days. I managed to get an appointment with Joe Badham at the Octopus Clinic. After 2 appointments with some treatment and getting my confidence back I was able to do the Marathon! Joe was amazing and so friendly and gave me the belief that I could do it. My knee has recovered fantastically and I really can't thank him enough and I would definitely recommend this physio practice (and Joe!) to everyone.

I saw Hilary at Octopus for several months for rehab prior to and post a meniscal operation particularly as she came recommended for her help with skiing. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her work; although she clearly has a great knowledge of her craft she kept the sessions fun and interactive but most importantly she kept me sane in the dark days in the beginning when you don’t think any progress is being made. 6 months later and I feel more confident on my knee than I have for a very long time...thanks Hilary.

Super recommended experience. They treated me great and knew from the beginning how to help me improve my sciatica. The best thing is the human treatment and the super qualified personnel. Claudia also taught me how to do some exercises that I can do alone at home during my months of pregnancy.

I suffered for almost a year with Achillies problems.. saw physios, podiatrist, osteopaths, soft tissue therapists and had shock therapy.. not of them collectively resolved my issues.
By chance I saw a video posted by Lucy which really resonated with me. The first tip was 'do not stretch a tendon'.. when in fact, everyone else I saw said the opposite. I contacted her and asked why she was different!
Lucy was confident she could fix me, and all my treatment was over WhatsApp, I didn't even have to go into clinic. It seemed crazy but by this point I had nothing to lose.. I had maybe 4 sessions with her. The first was an hour where she looked at my posture, history, had me doing some movements etc so she could look for imbalances. She gave me very basic treatment plans, and I could message her any queries that I had. We checked in maybe once a month and within a few weeks I was comfortable running and more importantly for me, I felt confident I wasn't going to do any more damage. Lucy listens, gives solid advice and manageable exercises. I am back running and in full training for the London Marathon. I honestly can't recommend Lucy enough.

Have had an amazing experience at Octopus Clinic with my physio Sam – we have worked on resolving problems with my hip and back… including recovery from a slipped disc! I have seen significant improvements by working through my prescribed exercises, and it is fantastic to be in a place now where I feel confident enough to start strength + conditioning work - which has previously intimidated me. In addition to this, Sam provided me which far more information on my symptoms and causes than my orthopedic consultant, which I really appreciated. Thanks for all of your insight Sam, which is always delivered in a friendly manner!
