Very nice and clean place.visited on monday.had a lovely massage with an east-european terapist.she was nice,polite and funny,and had amazing strong hands.will come again for certain.

I have been Dr Liu's clinic many times now and I would highly rate her service and professionalism. Dr Liu always welcomes me so nicely and she is very good at acupuncture which has helped cure my problems. The massage services are also excellent and are provided by a very well chosen team of therapists who are well above average. The shop is clean and nicely decorated and provides a shower. Highly recommended.

Super Expensive. First time not a hideous experience. Second time she harassed and pressurised me to buy her magic beans and was generally unpleasant. Will not go back.

Dr Liu is excellent. She treated my swollen legs with acupuncture and massage which have significantly and permanently reduced the swelling. I am truly grateful to her.

If I could, I would give 0 stars to this place. I choose it because of the good rating and the fact I live literally 5 minutes away. However, it was a horrible experience. I and my partner booked an appointment for the 23rd of May - 4 o'clock. I warned the lady on the reception (who lately did my massage and acupuncture that my partner will be at work until 3, so in case we can't make it for the appointment I would give her a call and reschedule for a later hour - she said it's okay ...so far so good). Of course, plans changed and I gave her a call the same day we were supposed to visit the place and we rescheduled for 8 in the evening.) Here is the right time to share with you that the lady hardly spoke English on the phone, but when we appeared at her studio, she started to complain about how many customers she lost because of us, and how everyone wanted to book for 4 o'clock but since I gave her a call at 3, she missed them all. I can swear to you all guys, that when she opened her appointment book at the end of the day when we paid her, it was only my name figuring. But this is just the beginning. We thought we will be installed in the same room, but she made us choose in between the room next to the reception and another one downstairs. I choose the one next to the reception, but obviously, it made no difference. Later on, when we discussed it with my partner, we were both left with the impression that the rooms looked old and unclean. There was no music, no dimmed light, no even a smell of essence, to help you out with your relaxation. I forgot to say that we e booked for 30 min of regular back massage, but the lady suggested acupuncture for better effect and we agreed. Mine was a little bit painful in the low part of my back, which I thought is unusual but thanks god it didn't damage any nerves. My partners one was fine, despite the fact that when we left the place, he started to lame, on our way back home and guess what - when he took off his trousers, there were two needles yet nailed into his legs. We couldn't go back and make a complaint the same night, simply because the place works until 9 and it closed straight after we left. He took them out himself. Me on the other hand - I got a massage with hot stones which on a first-place were way too hot and every time when I was telling the lady that I can't stand the temperature, she was answering - "yes, pain". And secondly, she was pressing them on me so hard, till my eyes go into tears, and later on I got serious bruises on my left hand. She insisted to massage me for 45 mins, but I refused. Then she put the stones on my back, saying that she is going to check my partner and when she came back she told me that he is getting a cupping massage, so by the time we wait (10 more mins) she will add some extras to my therapy so I couldn't do much but to accept that I'll be charged for 45 instead of 30 mins. The whole hour I spent on the massage bed was hell. I couldn't breathe because there was no face whole in the bed cover and she didn't let me take off my mask despite the fact I was faced down. The same was the case with my partner. In the end, she charged us 180 pounds - for 2 acupuncture (30 mins each), 1 regular massage of 45 mins and 1 cupping therapy (I think it was 15 mins). She didn't forget to remind us how many clients she lost because of us this day, but as I shared with you earlier, fortunately, we were the only victims that day.

Excellent acupuncture treatment and massage with hot stones. Highly recommend!
