When I came to Safa I was struggling daily with pain in my leg and back. After a few sessions, including some dry needling, I was no longer feeling chronic pain in those areas. I initially went to Safa at PureHealth with pins and needles in my shoulder, arm and hand due to stress which he fixed after a few sessions. He has also treated me for plantar fasciitis and lower back pain with excellent results. Safa is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and always follows up treatments with advice and exercises I could do at home to help speed up recovery. He's extremely professional and friendly and will certainly be the first person I call for any future treatment. Highly recommended.

I'd gone through intermittent lower back pain exacerbated by various household tasks (weeding the garden, bathing the dog... Anything involving an exertion of my lower back... ) and had crises of acute pain that meant I couldn't work the next day.

I'm 39. I didn't want to live with debilitating back pain brought on by little household tasks I had to perform. I had to work the next day!

I was looking for a chiropractor, an MRI scan... Anything to diagnose and treat the problem I had...

Safa alleviated my pain within the first session we had, and then healed my pain within the second session we had a week later. By our third session, I didn't need to see him again...

I wasn't in pain anymore. In full credit to Safa, he had committed to me in the first session we had together, that if he'd done his job, he'd never need to see me again!

Safa is so good, I've told my Dad - a retired GP with chronic and debilating pain - that if he comes to London, he must come and see Safa to help - on me. That's how much I trust the care Safa has to give. That I'd recommend him to the best medical professional I know. My own Dad. Who needs his help too.

Dont bother going to anyone else. Dont normally leave reviews but I went to see Safa earlier on in the year. After tending to a knee injury, got me walking again. I recommended him to family and again his level of treatment is exceptional. Welcoming and knows his stuff.

Safa is excellent. Quickly gets to the root of the problem and dispenses expert advice and practical help. The treatment worked brilliantly and the advice and after care is very good. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Superb!

Safa's work is incredible. Very professional knowledgeable l and makes me feel comfortable. I had need to see physio and do not regret choosing Safa. Leg and back issues were not an issue for Safa, he tackled the problem with diligence and care. Now I feel how I did pre injury.

Saga was brilliant in treating my shoulder pain. Had about 7 sessions in the end. Was given one exercise to do but to be honest most of the relief came from his needlework and massage. Highly recommended, no hidden fees, polite, friendly and cured the ailment. Not much more you can ask for!

Safa was recommended to me via a sporting colleague. I had a very serious disruption with my lower back and upper leg, Safa was able to isolate and address the issue with expert knowledge and perfect hands on acupuncture and massage treatment. He was able to identify the muscle issues through his experience, without me having to point them out. I Have been a semi professional footballer and boxer and a professional in MMA. During my 20 or so active years, I have been lucky (or unlucky) enough to experience time with dozens of physios. Some with outstanding records; Physios who have worked with Usain Bolt, physios who have worked with the highest level of fighters in the UK and physios who have worked with Bayern Munich. I have no problem with stating that Safa is by far the best physio I have had the pleasure of working with during my sporting career.
