My Cockapoo needed emergency spinal surgery in June which resulted in her having to learn to walk again. Having hydrotherapy has been pivotal to her recovery. Rachel is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to find solutions to any problems your dog may be going through to help aid recovery. Pudding didn't like water but her confidence grew over the weeks and she was so excited to have cuddles with Rachel each time we arrived. Highly recommended <3 Thank you for improving Pudding's future xx

Otis had a fantastic experience at 4 point after cruciate surgery.
Rachel and the team were so lovely to him (and me) and he enjoyed his sessions so much that he would squeak with excitement when we pulled up.
He's doing great now, despite having another dodgy leg, but a massive improvement following his op.
Thanks so much x

My 14 Year Old Australian Labradoodle, Tess, has just finished a course of physio at 4 Point Physio following spinal surgery in April 2022, where the prognosis was that she had a 50/50 chance of walking again. I am delighted to tell you that Tess is now walking, running and playing off the lead with her doggie friends and living a full and healthy life - which when we started her rehabilitation, we couldn't have imagined. Physios at 4 Point Physio and the Willows Veterinary Practice have been working with Tess each week since her surgery and the results have been remarkable - we have our girl back enjoying a quality of life that we had not dared to hope for. In terms of the 4 Point Physio practice a massive "Thank You" to Rachel and her team and especially Laura Aitkin who has personally overseen Tess's rehabilitation on the treadmill. I would have no hesitation in recommending the practice it is highly professional, with excellent hydrotherapy facilities and expertise to ensure the most successful rehabilitation that is possible and work with you to ensure that your loved one will achieve the best recovery that they are able. It was well worth the weekly journey down the M5/M42 and return. Thank you - Tess and her humans Tim and Karen, Upper Gornal, Dudley, West Midlands.

Our vet suggested that our 10.5 year old beautiful golden retriever might benefit from some hydrotherapy and gave us Rachel’s details. We are so pleased she did! Rachel is so professional and knowledgable and explained clearly what she would be aiming to achieve and the long term benefits. The whole experience has been very rewarding for Molly as her mobility has definitely improved and she is generally enjoying life more! Would certainly recommend Rachel and 4Point Physio. Thank you so much.

4 Point Physio have been excellent in treating our dog Rocco with his spinal cord injury which resulted in his right leg becoming paralyzed. Rachel was so patient with Rocco, and catered to his every need to ensure he was comfortable.. She really helped build his confidence with being in the water and his leg has improved massively after weekly sessions. They also provided us with lots of information, help and support with doing physio at home. I would highly recommend.

I could not recommend 4 point physio enough.
I was having real issues with my 7 year old English bull terrier, Lexi. On several occasions she’d wake up in the morning, shaking and refusing to move! After a long process of finding out what was wrong through trials and x-rays, it was determined that she had bridging osteophytes (also known as bone Spurs) in her spine.
As it’s not an area you’d want to operate on, the general option was pain medication for life when she has a flare up. I don’t mind this, as it is in the best interest of my beloved dog, but I also wanted to explore other options to help with her mobility as she ages.
I’d heard of hydrotherapy in the past in my work as a horse riding groom and instructor and figured I’d give it a try!
After looking at the glowing reviews, reasonable price and perfect location of 4 Point Physio I eagerly applied. When I was accepted and arrived with Lexi we met Rachel…she was already well versed on Lexis case and her condition and was extremely knowledgeable about what she recommended to be done. A plan of action was laid out and Lexi had 6 sessions on the treadmill, homework with exercises and a review before each session with notes taken.
I can’t begin to express how thorough Rachel was with her holistic approach to Lexis condition. She looked at her diet, exercise, history, home life and general happiness. She treated Lexi as if she was her own dog and showed her nothing but patience and care.
Rachel was straight forward and honest at how much treatment she would actually need and didn’t oversell anything. Everything she does is well thought out and in the best interest of the animal she is working with.
The best part is that since doing hydrotherapy with Rachel, Lexi has not needed any painkillers and has been more lively, happy and healthy.
I couldn’t recommend 4 Point and Rachel enough for what she has done for Lexi and I’ll happily come again and again whenever Lexi needs it.

Been a delight working with Rachel over 8 sessions to help our lab who recently got diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. Even for our water loving dog, being put into a glass tank with a moving floor was worthy of some caution, but Rachel was incredibly experienced in building trust and introducing her to the experience, such that by the third session, she was waiting at the door to begin her session. More broadly, Rachel not only showed exceptional expertise, but a clear passion and love for animals big and small and our Labrador would get so excited every wee when she found out she was going to see Rachel - hydrotherapy is far better than walkies!

6 weeks of physio and my Lottie dogs tendonitis is hugely improved, well worth it. Rachel was both professional and friendly and Lottie was so excited to see her each time and do the work. Rachel did a thorough assessment before each session to check progress and also gave us homework inbetween that was easy and achievable. Definitely recommend and will use again if ever required.
